We use Hermes courier for our delivery option. All orders placed before 3pm will be attempted to be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Although not an option on this site, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us to discuss delivery outside of the UK.
We employ the secure services of Paypal (you do not need an account) in order to accept online payments securely. Paypal provide very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised. No goods will be dispatched to the customer until cleared payment has been received in full.
We are passionate about customer care and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, items maybe returned within 30 days for a complete refund (less delivery charges and administration fees for processing). Refunds will be made by cheque within 30 days, subject to the approval of Baby’s First Calendar Ltd. Returned items must be new and unused and with the original packaging still intact. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and insurance to its full value as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any damaged goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
